So first of Im going to start off by saying, im not offering it for cheap because im using a template or something, im doing it because I want to get a portfolio going and also want to buy a proper domain name [using http://www.goteee.party right now] which i think is a really unprofessional domain. I'll launch my website and close this thread after I have a more attractive thread design and some artwork from some great illustrators on mcm and a bigger portfolio of course.
So what I can do:

Im going to flexible with this because I understand not everyone has the same budget, so the price is: You give me one. Now by that I dont mean you tell me to make a huge website and offer me $1 [Im human too ;-;] but give me a reasonable price and I'll do the rest.
Remember, I make the website but its the content that matters the most. So here's how I can make a great website from great content: submit me a form like this. And give me instructions on what you want your website to look like. Example: Give me a theme, secondary and accent color. Or give me illustrations and artwork (logo etc.) to include in the website.
I am open to criticism, because I can definitely learn from some of the better people over here but if you feel like your going to come out harsh then just pm me
