I'm not here to be staff (let's get that out of the way).. I'm here because i'm looking for a server that needs help, help meaning managing a server that you can't or just need help with it. I'm an experienced server owner owning 3-4 servers.. I know how to code (but i'm not a developer so i won't be making many plugins). I'm also great at helping the community and fixing problems for people, i will be able to help manage the server and make it a better server for all.
What I can do for you :
Server Management - Help manage the server and fix bugs/get the team to help etc.
Staff Management - I shall be recruiting staff and demoting staff for the server.
Financial Advice - I will be able to tell you if an item is worth it or not.
And much more - If the owner asks.
And I will be on for 3-6 hours a day depending on the amount of other things I've got to do.
