I am here to bring my moderation skills to your server.
In the past I have done this very successfully and helped many servers strive as a whole.
Let me introduce myself:
My name is Nicholas.
I am 14 years young, but do not my age represent my experience and knowledge towards staffing.
I enjoy hanging out with my friends and doing extracurricular activities at my present school.
This may not be something you would thing is even close to related to MC, but it has taught me to have high standards, leadership, and most importantly how to be a helpful person.
What I can bring to the team:
I can bring many things to your server.
Such as in game moderation, in game support, discord support, and many others.
I do not limit myself to what I already know how to do, as I am open to learn new skills to help your server and team succeed.
Why you should recruit me:
I am free, available, and active.
Being a staff member on servers can be difficult, I am willing to put in the effort
to do this.
I strive for greatness and success, you should to.
My positive attitude can really change the atmosphere of a community.
What makes you different from others:
I believe that I am different from others due to the amount of experience I have and how eager I am to make your server better.
I genuinely enjoy helping people.
I never half ass, and work the hardest possible.
My past experience:
The amount of small and big servers I have staffed on have built me into the staff member I am today.
To name a few:
VeltPVP
Playerbase: 500-1000
Resigned.
I was not at Velt too long but I did savor every moment of staffing there.
Known and played by many.
My job was in game moderation, meaning I would watch for hackers and watch chat for any suspicious activity.
FaithfulMC
Playerbase: 300-750
Resigned.
I resigned from Faithful for private reasons. If you would like to know you may contact me and I will be willing to tell you why.
I did learn a lot from being a staff member on Faithful. How to deal with toxicity, watch for hackers and others.
StrivePVP
Playerbase: 400-700
StrivePVP is my most recent server staffing on.
My job was mainly to watch in game chat and help players on discord.
This also included helping on forums too.
This is not a complete list of the servers I have previously staffed on. I just wanted to give you a main perspective on my experience and how it would apply to your server.
What I need from you:
This is the most important aspect in this post.
Your server needs a minimum of 100+ players.
A fully designed website and discord.
That is basically it.
