Some of you may know me already, and some of you may not. My name is Jakob, I am 16 years old, and I am from Ontario, Canada (my timezone is EST).
I am looking to either staff on or help manage some already-released servers. Preferably with an already existing playerbase. 90% of my experience is either SMP or Lifesteal experience, so I am most comfortable being either on a single gamemode server with one of those, or a network with one or both of those.
Some things I offer:
Management:
• Staff Management (This includes, promotions, demotions, hiring of staff, staffing documents / guidelines, staff meetings, and updates within the staff team)
• Community Management (This includes, community meetings, helping with new updates, implementing suggestions, maintaining positive relations with the community, and anything else you need me to do)
• Discord Set-Ups and / or Ingame Configuration
• Interaction with community
Moderation / Administration:
• Moderation
• Handling Tickets and ingame support
• Appropriately Punishing Players
• Helping mentor lower staff members and answer questions they have
As a bonus, I do everything completely free and I do not ever want, need, or expect payment for anything I do. I want to do more then just do the 'basics for the pay'. I want to be motivated to work with and by the community because I feel I can accomplish a lot more with that then by being paid.
