My Staff Recruitment Application;
Hello there, Jongo aka "Mr. Dedication" here and I am 16 years of age, and a high school graduate. I would like to offer my services as staff to some server who need it. They may be starting up, or already well on their way. I'm American and I have loads of past experience. (Posted Below), I'm mature and respectful, I’m the kind of person who believes that no person is above another. I simply care and just want to help! Many of you know me from multiple servers that I have been staff on, I have recently got back into the staff area again and have recently been accepted as staff for a server peaking 100-500 players. Why choose me as your staff member?: I am an all-around staff member. I care for the community, I am not a power-hungry staff member. I am the kind of person you can talk to when you need support, help or just a little cheering up when life has you down. I feel as I am a unique, and creative individual who will try my very best to be the best staff member & player you have ever seen. As I am soon to state below I have worked with/for many networks meaning I have some pretty decent ideas which a lot of servers lack. I feel being an active player of our community enables me to tell the staff team and senior leadership what the server needs and what could be added through the eyes of a player; I can notice the corruptness/Uncaring staff members as-well. I am also a very professional man, and can also be humorous and a caring guy when the playerbase needs it. I am not an inexperienced and unknown staff member within the employing community and am well-known for previous past projects.
Why am I different from others?: Purely down to the fact I am striving to make a change. I am the type of person with the best intentions for your server and all it's player base. I have the experience, mindset and knowledge, I really think I could make a change with your players, and the staff. I want to make a change and have a passion for what I do which a lot of server's lack. I feel I could fit the role of staff perfectly with my positive mindset and determination to make a difference in the community. I am also a very creative person. I also am a 'Adventurous' writer enabling me to talk with the community in a professional & respectful manner. I will provide you, your fellow staff/friends and your players the best experience possible with my experience, passion and mindset.
My promise to you is to provide your server with the best experience possible. I am a dedicated and experienced staff member who will work the hardest I possibly can for you and your server. I will not disappoint and will definitely satisfy you with my service.
EXPERIENCE:
LichCraft: This was a really popular server that peaked 800-1,000 players daily with a huge forum activty. I worked there as a "Staff" member for 2-3 months until huge incidents occurred within the staff team. I decided to resign a few days before the server was going to the worse.
Gontroller Factions: I worked at Gontroller as an Staff manager. I managed the staff team and was in charge of all the new rules going in and out of the server. It was a server that got about 300-4000 visitors daily. The other community manager was an overall scum and only cared about the income so I decided to leave.
Minetime: I applied there and my application was accepted within the first week. I had an interview over teamspeak, and was happily accepted. As staff for four months, I decided to leave due to changes in the staff/community that I believe was 'Bias.' This server reached 800-1300 players at the daily.
FaithfulMc: I worked at Faithful for 1 month as the staff manager; The server name went around on numerous sites, becoming popular as ever. It was a great experience With 200-400 members on the daily.
Vortex Network: This is an amazing server where I worked as Head Admin for a month, with minigames such as Skyblock and Kitpvp, or Survival and Factions. Basically I watched over the team. I had a great time there and met so many great people. 340-750 People daily.
Paradise MC: I worked here as a admin for about 3 months until the server started becoming ‘Corrupt’ with staff. Peak of 900, barely hitting 400 today.
OpJails: I was a Admin here. We peaked 700 players. It has been a good experience and got be back into Staff Recruitments.
HazardCraft: I worked here as a moderator. Soon to be told that I would not be promoted, but instead demoted for ‘Trying to get rid of Corrupt staff’; I feel as this server hasn’t been ordered right, so I resigned. With its peak of 800.
I also have so many more servers that could be added; But as they weren’t high player count, or ended before a month, I didn’t think that it would be necessary.
What can I offer for you?
With my prior experiences, I can offer a lot of dedication and hard work to your server and community. I have run into problems many times and I know how to fix them, more problems the better.
I am able to offer new Staff Guides, and or rules to servers and community. These policy will provide fair advantages to new and existing players. My policies always work and they have never stopped players from joining the servers.
