Requested a vouch copy, and user was unfortunately unable to complete. But never the less the user does seem to know what he's doing based on talking to him, and reading his post.

Sorry, no can do. I believe you shall use the answer in an application.[DOUBLEPOST=1554754431][/DOUBLEPOST]Dependant on the client, I base it off of how I think they are, professional, experience etc.
