[Offering $$$] Need Youtubers For Factions Server - Or Advertising Schema

My name is Jack, I'm 16, and play minecraft. I have created and owned a fairly developed and quality minecraft factions server (Though it could use some touchups) for around 10 months now. Our playerbase has ranged from 25 players on average to 5 players on average at times. Right now, we are at about a 0-10 playerbase average on a good day. I am sure the server is high-quality and is capable of so much more, but need either a Youtuber or someone who knows how to advertise to help me out. I am hoping to pay someone for a well-done job.

I am willing to talk out any money/payment/budget discussions, as well as a rank on the server along with a title and any other deals you would like to work out.

We have some unique features such as Timed Ranks, Custom Enchants (If that even counts as unique now 'a days), Custom Mobs, Several Donor Ranks, Giant Trees, Custom Builds, and a few more that I am planning on implementing such as an RPG-like kit system and Crates.

i understand 20% is money yes. They want the money weather your server does well or not if they bring donations or not
