Offering % of revenue to Youtubers

Hello I hate reading long posts so I am going to keep it short and sweet for you guys.
I do not care about how many subs you have. We care that you post quality videos often.
We are looking for people to partner with our soon to be release prison server. This server is hopefully going to grow into a large network which in return will help grow your channel. We have ways for you to bring in more revenue to the server with no extra work from you. We are offering 12.5% of all server revenue to all advertisers. We will pay youtubers by views they get. So a youtuber who gets 100 views a day and uploads 7 days a week will get the same percentage of the server revenue as a youtuber who gets 700 views but uploads once a week. I am sorry if i was being confusing, I did mean 12.5% of our server revenue would be given to youtubers based on views. Not them paying me sorry about the confusion will fix post now.

I understand but its the effort they put forth, also I do not want that many posts it was just an example of how it would work, there are other rules and caps which I do not wish to explain on here but rather in the dms with youtubers.[DOUBLEPOST=1508195653][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't think anyone would want to be paid under your server revenue as because

1. You might not get any revenue for a Youtuber recording on your server (how are they going to get paid)
2. You won't get any big Youtubers because most big YouTubers would want to be paid upfront.
