Essential information.
I have great experience controlling staff members such as recruiting staff members and demoting staff members.
I give them a 5 day without warning absence then demote.
I make sure the staff member isn't making stupid mistakes like muting somebody for too long or banning somebody when they should be tempbanned if a staff member makes a mistake like that, it is clear that they are not fit for the position and will get demoted.
Even though you may have a developer for coding/configuring plugins tell me the name off the plugin and I will configure it, it's like a gift I have successfully configure around 95% off plugins I have came across and setup permission nodes.
I am quite advanced with the plugin skript I'm pretty sure you have heard off it so I'm not going to go into as much detail.
My staff experience is quite nice, I was moderator on a server called OPClash about 30 playerbase server then OPClash was sold to a server called OPNation around 50 players on at about 6-7 est and I'm currently Helper on OPNation if you want the ip, the ip is OPNation.org I am currently Co-Owner on a network called Falon, It is okay the playerbase isn't up there however, we don't have any professional advertisements up, just yet

just some personal infomation I'm 14 years old and I live in the unitedkingdom I can get on around 11 est and get off about 6-7 est.
I'm pretty good at web design not the best however, I do consider myself decent my websites do look pretty nice and semi-professional however, they still have room for improvements which I'm sure can be fixed over time.
With Funding, I can fund quite alot depending on the server quality how built up it is etc: I will mainly spend money on advertisements making sure the server is well know and up there because, without paid advertisements your server will be unknown it is all about being public and well known Mineplex and Hypixel are well know because they spend money on advertisements so then more people play the server and donate.
With bungeecord, I have set it up a few times and have found it fairly simple however, I have no experience with lilypad however maybe I will find it easy.
