Hello everyone I am currently out of work, I will give a little intro really quick
Currently I don't have any work or anything, I have past experience running a community (teamspeak/forums/staff list/ingame etc) I don't have the biggest experience with something like control panels, but I do have a lot of experience with many plugins (can't custom config)
I made a little layout that should give you enough information.

I have played Minecraft since back in the 1.1 days, which is around January 2012 so I have been around for a while. First time I was a staff was on a Danish-Only server which had great success before it shut down early 2014. Other than that I have been around a lot, I have had many experiences on both Danish but also international servers (Looking for an English only server) I have had many ranks over these past years.

This is what I have been over the past 4 years. Also, some of these ranks have been on multi game communities. Which means that these ranks carried over to games such as CSS,CSGO,GMOD and TF2. With these years I have learned many commands both default to Minecraft but also plugins, so I know my way around Bukkit quite well and there is many plugins I know inside and out, but I am also a quick learner and can quickly pick up commands for a new plugin. I have many years of experience of support / staff work. I would handle any situation greatly.
Playtime?
Currently I am not in school and I will not be until after the summer vacation. This means that currently I can use around at least 4+ hours each day, with some days where I have family stuff I need to do. So I can pump in a lot of hours each day. Also, I am a very dedicated person when it comes to servers, if I have a job or simply something I can do, I will spend many hours doing that specific thing, even if it involves keeping control on players.
What I can / will bring:
I will bring many years of experience to the table, I have tried almost every situation that is in the book, while it can be lack of players to donation issues I have tried it all, I have a really creative thinking way. I have a very open mind and I am a great person to work together with as I believe teamwork is a great asset to any team. I am an unbiased open minded, friendly hell of a guy
Time:
I will say this that currently I have a lot of time, so if you require that I spend a week or two just getting to know the community, then that is perfectly fine, I believe that time is a important part of being an staff member as you should know both the community and the staff to be a part of that, I perfectly accept that if you require me to have a trial period of some sort. That for me is perfectly fine.
Maturity level:
This is something many servers heavy on in their staff team, I can tell you that from 1-10 I am a 10 in every way possible, I can be cheeky and throw in a little joke or funny remark here and there, but other than that when I am ''working'' or in ''work mode'' I am 100% serious and I am as mature as anyone would ever be. I am a person who has a very long fuse, it takes a lot to make me angry and thus I am usually a very chill person when it comes to insults and similar.
Your ''requirements'' This is not something as far to what I will not accept, but I will say that I will most likely accept an offer from a server that is already up and running with a steady playerbase, I have already started up many servers some of which never became anything, therefor if you come with an offer for an server that is still in a Alpha/Beta stage I might not accept as I simply don't want to start something new up, I have done this many times before and I am sadly at this time not interested in that. This is the most important one, I am not saying that 'oh you need a 100+ player server' I might be interested in working on a project, however, I do honestly prefer if it is already up and running
I am looking to either join a community or a team
Interview:
I know that many people do enjoy having a small interview or just a simple talk with a person to get to know them, I think this is a good thing to do and I am 100% open for any type of interview or just a talk to get to know each other. Paid:
I will most likely join a community if I would be paid further on I made this capital because I don't actually need to be paid I do this out of enjoyment, however, if the position would be paid I would not mind, but actually I prefer not to be paid, even if I do a lot of work.
Rank:
The rank can be any rank, however, I will say that I would most likely prefere if it was admin+ because I have spent much time and this is why I am posting on here, because I don't feel like doing the whole climbing in the chain of command, as that is something I have done for many years now and I think it would save a lot of time if I just got straight to the ''rank'' wanted.
Note I am open to any form of extra questions / interview you might think will make your decision more clear whether or not to put me into a staff position.
