Why am I selling this?
I opened this server early January and recent events in my life have made it almost impossible to keep up with running this server and making it grow to it's fullest potential.

Unique Plugins:

• Sandless tnt crafting (/tsl) and regular tnt crafing (/tnt)
• Custom FactionsFly that is very well-made
• GUI Shop that is custom made
• Custom Tokens plugin (/tokens shop)
• Custom core plugin that includes /tnt, /fastgold, and anti-invisibility potions
• Custom /pot plugin so speed, strength, and fire potions stack in pairs of 4
• Custom Combat plugin that removes grass and flowers in a radius as players pvp
• Custom lavaflow plugin where you can change the speed at which lava flows
• Custom anti-home in faction territory plugin
• GenBucket - We have a custom GenBucket plugin. It's in the name, when you right click using a lava bucket, instead of it generating lava, it will generate cobble. You can change the type of bucket and Genbuckets are affected by Sponge too.
• AuctionHouse - Auction House, /ah (sell items server wide *fully configured*)
• UltimateCasino - /Coinflip, /RPS, /jackpot - Required Vault, you can coinflip your ingame balance, along with rock, paper or scissors and Jackpot. Very unique in factions.
• Koths - King of The Hill, nothing much to say.

There is much more custom plugins that I can show you if asked but these are really the main one's that affect gameplay.

We have at least $150 in custom coded plugins and $200 invested into aesthetics such as our logo and website.

Server usually has a playerbase of around 10 players, but that will increase once the server resets. The map is kinda at it's end already due to bugs but everything has now been fixed. It was opened as a beta map and players know that, they are expecting another map release soon that will surely increase the playerbase by a lot.

Actually, I believe I have bid on 2 HCF servers and a practice server and now this one. I bid on two HCF servers as I knew I'd be outbid on one of them and I am actually bidding on these servers as I am going to be starting a network. Thanks for the observation though!
