Use shoutbox for communication with upgraded members. >.>

If you want to call someone, start a Skype call, or hey, discord if you like.
There's no reason for us to make another "official" communication platform for upgraded members, or any of our members for that matter.
It's just more 3rd party mess...

This was considered at first but we've decided to not go with it. Even if we did go with it, it'd be for the voice part of discord alone.

Nonetheless, for now, this suggestion is declined.
