About Minestyria
One of the biggest questions that I get when talking about the server is "What game mode is it" or "What style of play is it". Well, that's a little difficult to explain because of how big the server is. And I'm not talking a big map; we're a Bungeecord network that's one of the largest in the country, and we have a little bit of everything for anyone that wants to play.
Although we're new on the block, we're launching big, and hoping to bring a new, fresh experience to the Minecraft server world. Although we have the capacity to handle a huge amount of users (20k at the moment with another 10k reserve capacity), we're concentrating more on the experience, rather than the size. Sure, we'd love to see our capacity pushed to the limit and have to add more servers (they're just waiting to be turned on), but if no one's having fun, then that sort of defeats the purpose.
At Minestyria, we strive to offer game modes for everyone. Are you interested in playing minigames? Then we've got a ton of them for you. Looking for OP Factions, an OP Prison, deep-roleplay in a custom Survival world, Creative mode, or Building challenges ... we've got those too. Just the Survival world is five custom maps, 5000x5000, with not a single vanilla feature to them (even the trees are BO3 objects custom designed), and the mobs are custom created by the developers of the Mythic Mobs plugin.

One of the things that we believe that will set us apart is our community, and to that end, we run monthly contests to engage you, and reward you, for your participation. One of the most looked forward to is our Media of the Month competition. Each month, you get the chance to submit a wallpaper, graphic, video, or other server-related piece of media created by you. The community as a whole will vote on it, and the top three winners each month will receive prizes that range from ranks on the server to real, actual cash and gift cards like Steam gift cards, Amazon Gift cards, server swag like shirts, caps, and mug, and more!
This month's contest is MEDIA ... great screenshots, funny screenshots, videos ... anything media related about Minestyria. Three winners will be chosen for $25 direct PayPal deposits for prizes, or gift cards of their choice after community votes on the best entries. Think you're good enough? Just come try!
