Hello, my name is Aspen and I am the owner of Notoraxia!

Notoraxia is a Discord server that has yes, a Minecraft server, but if you are here purely for a Minecraft server, we also offer other games, although you won't be required to participate in them if you wouldn't like to.

Some of these games include Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, Overwatch, Rocket League, etc.
This way we have an open environment for all players alike, however, we do also run our own Semi-Vanilla Minecraft server, currently, we are looking for staff that will double as Discord & Minecraft staff.

To apply, you will be required to fill out the Jr. Mod form, I'm not going to lie, it is very long, but it covers a lot. From there on, it's just a matter of joining a VC and talking about a few things.

You will be applying for Jr.Mod and work your way up from there, Jr.Mod is in charge of moderating the Discord and Minecraft server.

If you have a LOT of experience, and I mean a lot, you can apply for an Executive position down below. These positions are voluntary though (except for developer/head of development), If you don't have much prior experience just add me and I'll invite you to discord, you get settled, and apply for Jr.Mod.

ONTO EXECUTIVE POSITIONS, there is only two open currently, the first one is
Head of Advertisement as we need more members within our community, with this position you will be required to
1. Hire any willing Sr.Mods (2 Currently) to the Advertisement team to help assist with your duties.
2. Keep active advertisements on reliable sites.
3. Keep active partnerships and help host joint events with the Community Manager (They Manage events) to coordinate joint server events with other groups or organizations.

The second executive position is Community Manager, your duties will consist of the following:
1. Hosting events through the Minecraft server or other games, or in-discord events like karaoke night, game night, etc. (We love to do party pack often!)
2. Hire any other Sr.Mods (We have 2 currently) that are willing to join the Event Management Team to help you assist with your regular duties.
3. Coordinate with the Advertisement Team for joint events and setting them up, finding the correct time to do them, and how to go about doing them.

All staff positions will also require you to be active with the members of the community.

I'm aware these positions have a lot to ask, but we are on a tight budget, and can not compensate for payment at the time, it may be included in the future, but no promises. Paid positions currently consist of Head of Development & Developers.

If you apply for executive, you will be required to attend an interview, so be sure to have a mic!
