True DMCA ignorant comes a high price (Starting for ~$300 per month for dedicated servers) as the few companies who does this have to do the DMCA complaints "battles" for you and therefore pass down the cost to you. Many companies who advertise "DMCA Free" are actually saying nothing more than "There is no DMCAs but the offshore location have similar policies that act as DMCAs".
