og accounts

Could anyone explain the whole process of getting, buying, and selling og accounts using chearful's sniper?
I'm pretty interested in it but I'm not sure what to do.

Basically, you either get an account or giftcode that can be used for sniping. Then, once a name is coming available, you buy a credit and reserve that snipe (note your snipe can be bought out for a higher price). After the time is up (once the name becomes available) you get the name on that account.

thanks, is it the account you put your info in that gets the name or when you pay for the snipe, an account is made with that name and given to you?
