that's also how i picture people who are on mcm, in fact it's how i picture people who play minecraft, or even people who play video games in general. because it automatically means they spend all their time doing that ^_^
I just think its hilarious that no one outside of this forum really cares about "OG" names. The term itself is so improperly used. OG means original gangster. lolol. A bunch of teenagers that think they are hardcore because they can't come up with an original name.

"OG" even though it does mean "original gangster" has been used online to describe original usernames long before MCM was around. Mainly with twitter/instagram usernames. If you think this is bad, look at how much "OG" twitter/insta names sell for.
Also, nobody is here to brag about OGs to people outside of minecraft or whatever as that would be kind of pathetic. Nobody here is implying that we expect people not on this forum to care. All we do is go on a private MPS server with a bunch of accounts and chat for a few minutes and see people's reactions. That's it. There's nobody to impress, we're just there to chat with others who are also interested in collecting usernames.
Clearly you're missing the point and are making assumptions about people that have OGs. I get it, you don't understand the point of original usernames but you have to see how much they sell for (mainly twitter) it's to have a nice looking clean name and many people want that. I haven't heard a single person brag about of any of these things in real life.

You can thank the xbox community for that. I believe they started saying OG as in original gamertag, since then people started saying OG for any type of original account username.
