Basically my idea on OG & Semi-OG Shops is to allow Premium + to make Shop Threads as in the prefix being Shop so they can sell their OG & Semi-OG accounts in 1 thread instead of bombarding the OG & Semi-OG Post Areas with numerous threads!

The reason that it's setup the way it is now, is so that you have to verify each account to be able to post the thread.

Well then obviously the verification system can use some work, IIRC you can only display 5 verified accounts at once, which is fine, but why not have a "View All" button below and you can show all the accounts you have verified total?

Too much scamming led to the association system which basically made shops impossible.

What about a module, like the twitter/imgur etc?

i.e
[VERIFYACCOUNT = "Name123"]

It'll then show up as a tick or cross, and the current skin/uuid of the account. Maybe make it so only supremes can make shops, and then premiums are stuck with individual threads. Shops would have to undergo manual approval, and would have to require at least 3 accounts being sold on the thread.

It's already possible.

IMO, shops are bad when it comes to accounts. When you have individual threads, people can see what account you are selling based on the title. If you create a shop, they might visit your thread once, twice per month and they might miss out on accounts. I only think shops are effective when you're selling a static service.

If you have individual threads, bidding is also much better and more user friendly.

It would stop spam, but I personally like the way it is now, it wont be as cluttered and you can keep it more organized.

I definitely agree that individual threads would add more visibility to your accounts, but I also believe that it should be at the sellers discretion if he wants to have a shop or not and put his sales at risk like that. I remember some users would have like 30 accounts at a time in their shop, so nowadays for big sellers it may just be a pain in the but to bump all the threads, none the less create/manage them.

You get the accounts page filled with the same accounts every day because of the same people bumping them, it just pushes the recently posted accounts to the back (2nd,3rd,4th page).

There might even be a simpler solution, such as limiting the threads so they don't get bumped to the top with every reply, only with every (48hr?) bump, or something to that extent.

Honestly, there are good arguments on both sides of this suggestion. What if titles are OG/Semi OG "Name1, Name2, Name3, etc." (automatically set) based on how many names you have on your shop? You can use the verification system that Chearful proposed. Set the max accounts per thread to 4-5 to prevent a shit ton of spam..? If a user wants to bid on an account, they click a bid button next to one of the accounts listed in the thread and enter a number. The seller approves the bid, and can decide to end the auction or keep it going for that specific account through the thread. This CP/dashboard for managing auctions would only be visible to the thread owner obviously. If staff are interested, I can go way in depth, it's a great system.

Just my input, probably won't work out but it was nice looking into it.

Doge and Bosny summed this up pretty well. Having threads be individual per account just works a lot better and is much easier for us to verify the accounts.

Denied.

Thanks for your suggestion.
