From what I see, OP has 0 experience with running a buildteam.

cameralens Before you start a buildteam, I suggest you try becoming a skilled and known builder yourself first, build up a portfolio and a reputation. Once you get decently good, take a few small commissions you can do by yourself. You'll have some base cash to pay fellow builders with.
Then, before you start a team, make sure you have a set of rules that EVERYONE, INCLUDING YOU must follow.
Stuff like how payment is distributed, how commissions are handled, etc.
Make sure you have a decent server with Worldedit and Voxelsniper installed.
And master the art of communication.
