Well, this thread is going to be locked and deleted due to the abuse that goes on.

Its alright, Already Gyazo'd the thread, PM's and my profile. I hope the staff are mature enough (which i know most are) to solve this issue which WOULDNT TAKE LONG AT ALL to solve.

I wish.... With my shitty luck, I doubt it goes this way... I have seem, Mick get on atleast once a day from 6:50 AM, 10:00 AM, Basically bright and early... and all it takes is 2 mins of his time. I would do it myself if i had access.

It's fine, i've sent 2 messages, a general one which the staff team can all see and a private one to him. He won't be on for some time as he's an Aussie. Hopefully by tomorrow you have a response.

I'm the guy that got the GlowNode banner up... I did this all through Skype which might have been the reason he skipped you and not me. Not saying this is his excuse or anything but I messaged him on Skype regarding this. It's unfair indeed..

It was. I was very saddened to see this, Even after knowing that McM was going to go offline for maintenance just to see that someone else's banner went up, and mine was not. The time couldn't have been better to put it up either... Doesn't matter though.... As i said i have already lost a week i cannot get back (Christmas holidays) so not only my banner is not up, but i am losing business due to this and i'm sure Mick would not care due to the fact he has already made his money off of me :), and me gaining customers or not does not effect him in any way.

Thanks for messaging him Ajdin , I really do appreciate your help!

I have been speaking with Yive about a sponsorship as well, lets hope something actually happens XD

At the same time, I wanted to mention the tone in your message. The tone is what ultimately decides the merit of a message and can often times be why a thread such as yours is locked or removed. I'm only saying this because there seems to be a thing for community members thinking we go around deleting threads like this for no reason. There's always plenty of reason for a thread like this to be removed or locked and I would just encourage you (as well as everyone else) to mellow out the tone of your thread so as not to "flame" or treat anyone with disrespect, even if you feel that's the treatment you got. As they say, two wrongs don't make a right.

That being said, Mick has been made aware of your concerns and I can only assume that they will be addressed soon enough. Again, I apologize for your experience and any inconvenience caused by this situation.

I did not mean to come off in any way rude, or disrespectful. Most of the things i said are the "cold hard" truth which may offend some, and hence the title "cold hard truth" that's is why it is cold and hard XD. I have been 100% considerate in this situation, with not instantly charging back and freaking out day 1. I have gone and messaged Mick several times in private, and i was not rude about him in any way in this thread. I have been as respectful as possible, and it was not implied to give off a rude tone. for the most part i was joking when they spoke of the thread being deleted :p

As for me saying " I will make sure to warn people of the service i have received from the staff when purchasing a slot on this website." This is one of the things business's need to face when giving bad service. I give my honest opinion to users who need it when purchasing from the same business i have had. With that in mind, If this does get resolved and i am satisfied, that will also be mentioned when telling users about my purchase.

So i do apologize for any tone i may have accidentally given off. It was not meant to be taken that way.

It was unfortunate i had to take this route. As its as simple as logging into FTP and dragging a damn 25KB image in, then changing it in XenForo. Never thought i would be treated this badly by the owner of my favorite site. I will make sure to warn people of the service i have received from the staff when purchasing a slot on this website.

I never said that he doesn't have a right to be angry. I would be angry too. I'm sure anyone would be in a situation like the OP described. However, I disagree that being angry gives you the right to be disrespectful and rude. It does not.
