A quick summary of what I am offering you, I am offering my time and dedication to help and assist you. This includes staff management making sure that every staff member is comfortable with their position and role. I will not let any staff "Slack" because there would be a lot of people that would happily have that position. Another skill of mine is bug testing, I want to make sure that everything is up to a high level of standard making sure the player experience is as outstanding as possible. Not to mention my accessibility I am always connected either that be on a computer or phone, I am offering you roughly 16 hours a day of full-time accessibility.

Something off topic:
Why do most people not see a difference between community management and staff. If you're doing the community, you're a community manager. If you're doing the staff, you're a staff manager. If you're doing both, you're a (general) manager. Anyways just my opinion.

Looks great, I suggest you add more about the community managing side of your past work. Community managers deal with ban appeals, player reports, bug issues etc. You've mentioned a lot about dealing with staff but not a great amount of detail has gone into the community managing aspect. I like the idea of image threads however, the one annoying thing is the process of updating it. And sure I am more than willing to take feedback on board.
