Old-Fashioned Factions Server

Hello!
In a quick turn of events, I have decided to start planning on creating a factions server that uses old-style mechanics and reverts back to those good ol' days where it was enjoyable and fun!
I do need a team of people to work on this together. Create a professional website, work on the server core, and draw graphics. As of right now, it is only me on this team and I can provide server development, community management, and of course funding.
Since it is summer for me and I have no college classes, I have an extensive amount of free time (I do work a few days a week) to launch this server in action.
If you are interested and would like to work on something like this, send me a private message. I am looking for mature people who are skilled in certain areas and are able to support the server in terms of funding and creating it.
There will not be an application to see who the best candidate is, but when you do send me a private message, tell me why you would like to work on something like this and what you can offer the team and also tell me a little about yourself.

The idea of the server will remain simple but will also have custom features. The features right now will not be spoken of but the general idea would be old-style cannons along with old fashioned bases (along with the way PvP as back then).
