Is it just me or do you guys miss the old view of reputation, like when someone posted on a thread, it showed their positive, negative and neutral. I miss it so much, I'd like to suggest it's come back

There was no benefit to that other than the fact the numbers were obvious - which I have argued, and will continue to do so, are irrelevant. If you read reputation, rather than the numbers, you would have no issue with how it's displayed.
I like the new system, because it entices you into clicking, given you can't see all the information.

I just feel a) it looked much better and b) It was just overall easier to see. I think if they're really going to deal with them, they will read what their reputation was about.

The reason the layout was changed from 3 numbers to 1 was so that users would not look at a user, see 1 neg rep and assume that they're immediately unreputable.
The new system puts less initial emphasis on negative reputations someone receives, and instead encourages you to go through and check the content of the reputation since that's the most important thing.
