Old SMP Server

Hey everyone!

Just aiming for a server that has an old feeling to the game, doesn't have to have art. Preferably some builds that gives it that community feel to it, not looking for grief prevention plugins or in-depth configurations.
Budgeting around 100-200, will max at 100 depending on detail.
Can have a very small playerbase (if any !)
