'Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all night and day long.'

However, your live chat has been off for nearly 3 hours, and I haven't received a response for my ticket for 7 hours, I attempted messaging you on Discord, haven't got a reply yet...

So, it's not 24/7 that's a lie and you should change that off your website because it's false information.

PM me your discord username and client area email address. I usually respond in less than 30 minutes to discord messages.
Update 8/31/2017: User has not attempted to contact me on discord/PM still.
