Ethan, Dislikes the company because I never gave him a job due to his age.
Then he went on to saying that Datalorry employed him, and I said this is illegal if they pay you.
Then he sent me this website and I said you just too young to work for me.
As I was told datalorry was only employing 16+ year olds as I tried to get a job there.
From this I gatherd that I shouldn't employ a 16 year old as it's very unprofessional as they haven't had a lot of experience.
Now due to the fact I never gave him a job he is now starting to spread rumors about my company.

In no way is it illegal if they pay a minor, I remember promptly they made Keith get a parent/guardian signature to make sure he was allowed to work there.
