Ngl, I think you shouldn't charge hourly. Especially as you're doing staff recruitment, that requires more than 2 hours if you're hiring a team, you need to read the applications, background checks the applicant, ask for second opinions from the current staff/management team, then interview them and that takes more than an hour for one person.

& if your reply to this is "Well, I've also got other jobs that need my attention" but if you cannot dedicate enough time to one server, don't go hunt for another server. Either be there when you're required to, or stick with one server. Secondly, the prices are a bit high for someone who only worked for Verix. Goodluck anyways.
