Hi all,

I'm Ollie, a 20-year-old student from England who's been managing Minecraft servers for over five years now. I've cultivated incredible staff teams, community atmospheres, and game environments at every turn, and I would love to bring the full potential out of your server as my next project. Having recently left LemonCloud (300-1k PB) after over 3 years, I'm excited to sink my teeth into new challenges.

My management style is very people-oriented, and I have been known to bring the best out of those in my teams. I have trained nearly 100 staff members in recent years, using a bespoke mentoring system designed and honed for excellence. I am incredibly skilled in running a team, creating documentation and guidance to deliver the best moderation standards possible. These skills extend into support systems, where I have designed and utilised support systems to handle thousands of player/customer requests.

I love to spend a great amount of time within the community, both on a personal level and a professional level to listen to their feedback. I have a strong track record for designing gamemodes that the community enjoys (led the design of the highest-grossing and most popular season of one gamemode) and fostering a positive environment. I'm also known for producing high-quality events from scratch and delivering them to up to 100 concurrent players.

I'm ready to step into the following (or similar) roles: General Manager, Community Manager, Staff Manager, Events Manager, Support Manager, Management Consultant. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you feel a non-listed role, or one that is similar, will suit me.

Unfortunately, I am not looking for unpaid roles. My monthly pricing starts at $150 (£115), and will rise depending on your required services. Rest assured, we will find a price that suits you, your needs, and your budget as of primary importance.
