Please tell me that is missing a 0 or is supposed to be /month not /year?

Hello,

It's per year and not per month.[DOUBLEPOST=1519707649][/DOUBLEPOST]
Yeah, but what would the average of those changes be?

It mostly depends on your assigned tasks. It also depends on your experience and time with the company.

For those having questions related to pay, this is mostly done on a per employee basis and is not a set rate. Like things mentioned above such as how long you have been with the company, and other factors. This does not also include bonuses. The amount we mention now is probably not going to be the total amount you make.

Do you at least have a number range of the potential pay that a system administrator could earn per month?
We can discuss this if you are accepted.

Clearly you did not read the post above.
I hope you are not hiring someone with no responsibilities in life because $360 a year can't really do shit for you. Support reps get a lot of work to do in the hosting industry, I was once hosting servers with a one man team. At this rate you might as well volunteer. Bonuses and and raises are bull shit most companies throw at you with no written agreement and they rarely happen.

Personally, I see this as slavery. This is my opinion.<3

I'd rather do $360/year then $0/year.
