The fact that the panel is free does not necessarily mean lesser quality. Pterodactyl actually has a few advantages over Multicraft as far as security goes, and other features. Also, the prices are reasonable if you break them down.

I think you imported way too many dedicated servers from their list. Your dedicated server page doesn't really load for quite a long time which means you'll get a huge churn rate. We are aware of the issue. It is a known problem with WHMCS. No timeline on fix from them. It is not an issue with the ammount of servers, it has to do with the configurable options.
That's half true. I know based on experience that it has to do with the amount of servers you added.
We have made a change that should help, and take effect over the next few hours. However, ultimately this is an issue with WHMCS and not something we can fix completely. We have been in contact with there team and it is a known bug.
