We are omnaya factions we need devs and helpers.To apply for helper you must have at least 20 minuite server before you even think about applying same for developer and builder Do /playtime ingame to see what your current play time is
We also need donor ranks made and permissions done for the donor ranks

"Do you charge to make a plugin?:" Every good non mediocre developer charges lol, So unless you're looking to get scammed or your server stolen or destroyed I recommend paying your developers for the work they do.

I would suggest getting some kind of spawn on your server before trying to get players.

Honestly I have ran a server and I paided a Dev and purchased plugins good luck with your server. Your going to get scammed and loose everything. I know everyone else said this but it's true.
