If you are reading this you are reading this you are interested in becoming staff on Omnaya OP Factions. Before we tell you what you need to know there are some requirements that you MUSTmeet in order to apply. Those requirements are,

1.Skype

A.You must have a Skype in order to even have a chance of being accepted

2.A Microphone.

1. A microphone is required because there will be times where we will have staff calls and you will need to talk
   

3.Be 13+

4.Have an email.

5.Be mature

I'd clean this post up and make it look tidy if you're wanting people to read it.

I'd also give more information on the server.
A question you'll get asked is "Is the X position paid?" so I'd include that. Developers are often a paid position.
