Omnia .Looking for Staff . New Server In Development

What is Omnia?
Omnia is an upcoming server that will focus on an interactive community. Omnia directly translates to "all" in Latin and that is exactly what we are going for. We want to provide a community with tons of staff/player interactivity and a server that encourages players to join together with the use of Factions and future plans of server-wide events.
Why is Omnia a thing?
Omnia was launched by two players; me and Red_Icecube as a result of being unsatisfied with the servers we play from unprofessionally rude staff and poorly organized management. We strive to make up for it by providing a server that focuses on the simple aspects of factions and survival. However, the server will build upon player voice, meaning we will add and remove plugins that players suggest and ask for in order to make sure our future players know they matter and that we value their experience on the server. These days, it can be hard to come by servers where the staff directly asks for and implements the voices of their community and put their blood, sweat, and tears to uphold an interactive setting.
Okay, so what is this thread for?
We need all types of staff right now. We also need some builders to improve the spawn. If you could help us out that would be Amazing.
If you are hired you will be sent a private message containing my Discord, and server details.
If you are Hired you will be required to do at least 5 Hours of work on the server to make your rank permanent.
How will you choose your staff?
First, note the following:
- You must be at least 15 years of age.
- Having Discord is preferred.
- Add as much detail as possible.
- Past experiences in being a staff member.

Previous experience -
I have owned my servers in the past, one being prison and one being a network. They both worked out alright, but reasons prevented me from continuing. Any ways, I have been playing multiplayer servers for around 3 years and in that time, I've had my fair share at staff positions. I can work as an efficient moderator up to a contributively co-owner, or all-inclusive owner. I have had all the experience that you can basically go through when it comes to Minecraft server administration, even the technical side.

1. - Have been a Moderator on about 3 servers
2. - Have been Head Mod on exactly 1 servers
3. - Have been an Admin on about 2 servers
4. - Have been Head Admin on exactly 1 servers
5. - Have also been Co-Owner on two servers.
6. SacredPvP I was Head-Admin and somewhat of the Co-Owner and the same with a server called TryHardPvPCraft, sadly both were lost in a virus on my computer. I have also been Moderator and Head-Mod on GonthPvP and became the Head-Admin/Co-Owner I was by building up and gaining trust. I have been Admin on about 2 servers that were very small and One ended quickly. KittyPvPCraft was one, Bedrock Institute Prison Server, I was Head-Admin on Account Productions MC which is still a running server quit.

Why do you want to be staff?
I want this role because I see potential, the minute I saw this page I saw a catchy name which is a good sign. i don't tolerate hackers,griefers,spammers,or staff that abuse their players.I Have seen a lot of that in other servers,and i won't allow it to happen on this server if i am accepted. I'll be honest, I've been around the forums applying to be a part of their staff. However the three that I have applied so far have one thing in common. Well thought-out, detailed and planned, and professional. I want to be in as much professional servers to branch out and actually experience more. I've learned a lot from people that I've never met in real life, and I also want other people to learn from me. Professional servers generally attract much people, I just want to have fun and help as much people as I can.

Why should we accept you as staff?
With this server I can bring professionalism, and help that many people cant give, I can manage the server whilst you are not on and take charge of the lower tier staff. I can handle players and prevent hackers as said earlier. I am old enough too and im mature. I can stay up late if it means to help out the server. I can create an uplifting time for you all!
