One character account got migrated

I don't know if any of you guys have been checking but for some reason last night I was looking up some accounts on (http://namemc.com/) I had found that the username "Y" has just been migrated. I thought this was really interesting. What are your guys thoughts on this? Someone may have cracked it or what happened?

It was a Mojang employee, I've also been told the account is locked. How can you migrate a locked account?

EX-Mojang employeee Blurpi owned it after (I believe) he took that and diamond (which has also been migrated and maybe even capitalised because I don't believe it was before) from a player, then recently it was rumoured that Marc_IRL took them back so they were still in the same migrated yet unmigrated state and recently either Blurpi got them back or Marc migrated them, no idea which.
