Plugin Name: StaffUtils
Verison: 1.7 and 1.8
Commands:
Granting the StaffUtils.* node will give access to all of these commands.

./(un)freeze (Freezes A player, Permission node: StaffUtils.freeze)
./staff (Lists the current online staff , Staff are indicated with the permission node of StaffUtils.staff)
./clearchat (Clears chat, with the permission node: StaffUtils.clear)
./togglechat (Turns chat on/off with the node of: StaffUtils.toggle - NOTE: Only people with the permission StaffUtils.Toggle.Speak can speak)
./slowchat (Slows the chat down so that people can only speak once per 3 seconds Permission Node: StaffUtils.SlowChat)
./unslowchat (Unslows the chat back down to 0 seconds per chat message permission node: StaffUtils.UnslowChat)
./(un)freezeall (Freezes the whole server with the permission node of StaffUtils.freezeall)
./HackCheck (Puts you into vanish and gives you access to the command /tp with the permission node of StaffUtils.HackCheck - NOTE: After turning off HackCheck by typing it again, It will tp you to spawn, unvanish and remove the perm of /tp)
