Why do 80% of server owners request youtubers to speak and have 100% english viewers? Literaly over 70% people who don't speak english as their main language are able to write, read and speak it like me. (not 100% clear, but enough to understand each-other). Do you think that Badlion (when was alive...) for example have all english public? Or minehq, zelix, spainpvp, old MCSG, mineplex? Main question should be "How many players can you bring?" not wich lenguage do they speak. I mean if server is, for example Spanish, than it's ok. Full Spanish server with Spanians playing on it etc. But why do you request 100% english and overpaying english youtubers? :)

I am confused by your question, but no need to post it in "Advertising".
If you don't understand it, don't post, because this is a question about advertising.

It's because the quality of YouTubers with English as their main language is much higher for English players than others. Now this is a generalisation, but usually people who speak English natively (i.e. as their first language) will speak better than those who do it as a second language. It's the standard, really.

(Also there's not a guarantee the YouTuber will perform to the server's standard, for English players. More than likely that the YouTuber who doesn't speak English primarily will attract those who speak other languages, which is not helpful for English-speaking servers)

I'm asking people who are advertising, that's why. Short question: Why do server owners request english youtubers instead of any other (spanish, france, german, Serbian, Croatian, Italian...) ?

Because the existing playerbase / administrators understand and speak english - thus why its used. Not to mention English is also a "global" language in a sense. If you have too many languages in one server, or just another language that the other audience cannot understand - a language barrier occurs, and communicating with the playerbase (and one another) starts to become difficult. It's a hassle and very frustrating when you cannot effectively communicate to your playerbase/community. You said yourself, those who cannot "speak" English as their primary language are at least able to understand it to an extent.

Server Owners request English youtubers because of the large amount of people that can speak and understand it.

I mean if server is, for example Spanish, than it's ok. Full Spanish server with Spanians playing on it etc.

So, what's so different from a Spanish-speaking server, and an English-speaking server? This statement is hard to understand after what you just said. Explain it a bit more in depth.
