Hello everybody, today I am recruiting for my host OneHost. We are a upcoming host that strives to be quality. We have many plans in place that could benefit, and make us better then any other host in this community. For us to strive in quality we need a strong, fit management team. Today on this thread I am looking for some new Managers to help us out. We are just a starting host with a large budget.
On our grand opening, we will be selling Website Hosting, Minecraft Hosting and VPS Hosting.
Here are the roles we are requiring and their descriptions.
General Manager
It is the General Manager’s job to make sure everybody, especially the managers, in the Staff Team are doing their job properly and professionally. We need a strong fit user that can not only discipline staff, but also praise staff for their work and more. General Managers are assisted by the Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be there to support you with working, keep you on task and basically a sort of Personal Assistant.
Assistant Manager
It is not only the Assistant Managers job to assist the General Manager, but to be the next in line for the General Manager role. On a day to day basis, you will help, sometimes even do some of the things a General Manager is required to do. The Assistant Manager is one of the most important jobs in the team, it will be your responsibility to bring things up to the General Manager that he hasn’t spotted, giving out the warnings to the staff team and more.
Marketing Manager
Marketing Manager is a position only to the experienced individuals that have experience in the Marketing department. On a day to day basis, it will be the Marketing Manager’s job to look for new ways to gain clients and income. The Marketing Manager will also be in charge of the Marketing Team and Partnerships. It will be your job to make sure we are giving out free hosting to the right individuals in exchange for advertisement. It will also be your job to contact multiple people and try and get the best deals for advertisement in a set budget.
