I love to come home from school and hop on my PC to play some Minecraft, soon I am going to be making a Youtube Channel where I will be doing factions series or Staff Series.

You should hire me to become a staff member/manager on your server because I know all about owning a server and how to own one properly and maturely, with this being said, I know how to gain players and get their interest in the server.

I agree ^, it doesn't look like you put a lot of time into this.

As a scenario, I have a Skyblock server with a low population, you invite some friends and they same that the gameplay is really poor, what would you do? How would you fix it? What kind of questions would you ask? What things financially would you look at? What are some possible reasons for low population on that server?

I get you are 13. My manager offer sucked, but at least I had reputation to back it up.

There are three ways to get hired as a manager:

Through Connections
Through Reputation
Through Application

You didn't list any connections, and you have no reputation. I am not hounding you for that, because you will get reputation with time. However, considering how low-detail this application is, you really don't have any method to get hired. I suggest you rewrite this.

This is constructive criticism. I am trying to look out for your best interest, as I explained the issue, and how the issue can be resolved.

It's not like I was rude. If you took offense to my statement, I apologize, it was intended to be helpful.

You really don't want to have that mindset either, things can get pretty cutthroat sometimes, and that mindset will get you nowhere but a funny reaction.

Being told(lied to) you're good at everything isn't going to help you in life, but criticism will help you get better. If you have no connections, no reputation, and not a decent application then there's really nothing that's going to guarantee you a job.
