Online Cheating Website Setup

I am not really sure where to start here. Basically I am looking for someone to setup and configure a website for me where I can sell online cheats. I am a reseller of online cheats. I contact the developer of the cheat and try to get permission to resell the cheat for an inflated price, this way both me and the original owner of the cheat make money. I have been selling in my discord which has been pretty successful for the last month but I think its about time to expand. I need help setting up and configuring the website with an "autobuy" feature where members can pay with crypto currencies for a license for the cheat. I also need there to be some sort of main page where I can link the discord for support and questions. I have no knowledge what so ever on website setup so I will need assistance on purchasing a domain etc. Looking for a website similar to https://dexa.im/ or http://www.anxcheats.com/. I'm going to be honest I am running a little short on money at the moment. I can pay a required amount upfront and then give you a % of the profits I make for the first couple months. Just let me know on discord or on here and I'm sure we could work something out.

I can guarantee all three devs above that posted will not only be unable to do it, but even if they did they would provide a subpar code filled with exploits... Don't do it..

Considering that one of the above people who said they could do it contacted me for a simple hosting website and were shocked to hear that the price is above 100$ I would say that the statement is correct

As for the project itself if you have the budget in 4 digits I would say you can find a decent dev to do it but otherwise highly highly doubt it
