Hello MCM,
I have a pretty crazy idea that I believe could come true at some point after extensive development.
I want to create a service that allows the website to act as the middleman. So, for example, person 1 sends $50 to the websites. Somehow, the website holds the money (but also takes a 7% charge or some sort of fee) and keeps it ready for the money to be transferred to person 2. Person 2 uploads their files. The website analyzes what the file is, determining the size, filetype, contents overview and then shares this information with person 1. Although this doesn't fully cover the concept of a middleman, it's about as close as you can get. After person 1 confirms that it seems like the file, they money is transferred into person 2's account (not their personal paypal, but their account on the website). They cannot touch this money until person 1 has confirmed that the file is the correct file (or correct username & password, etc). Person 1 has the ability to deny that the files were not the correct or didn't work. Then, a moderator will download the files, inspect them, test them, and then determine if person 1 is not lying. There will hopefully be multiple moderators online at all times if this service jumps off and gains lots of popularity. If anyone has any ideas that could potentially make this a better idea, feel free to PM me or Skype me
