Online Time Tracker

Hello MCM! I'm in need of a skilled developer to make me a plugin for tracking the online time of a targeted player in total, within a set amount of time, and number of times they've joined/logged off.

This plugin will be used to make sure staff are following my server's 4 hour/week online time requirement which many are falling through with.

If this plugin has already been made, I'd be extremely grateful if someone where to tell me before hiring a dev. I've looked around but haven't found exactly what I need.
