"toxic in shoutbox" is not valid even under the current system. It's not constructive in any way, and does not describe a certain type of behaviour in terms that can be assessed.
I had a version of that earlier today, except that specific kid couldn't be bothered to use more than just "toxic". As you could expect, I gave him a neg-rep back consisting of 2 full sentences detailing what he'd done to earn the negative reputation.[DOUBLEPOST=1489941691][/DOUBLEPOST]Now im just waiting for it to be deleted. If it's ruled to be valid still (which I absolutely do not expect) I may need to demonstrate what happens if single-word negrep is allowed.
