Only my PC can't connect to talk talk wireless router

Hello, my PC cannot connect to my router but my phone can. It stopped working after a thunder storm today and it worked before. It can't be damaged as everything else is working fine. I have attached a photo showing the error message I get when trying to connect.

Give the network troubleshooter a try, and then get off of talktalk and move on to a decent ISP.

We just switched from BT, the trouble shooter said to turn the router off for ten seconds then turn it back on again and try to connect but still no luck.

Does your phone have a hotspot? Could you try connecting the PC to the hotspot to check? Other things you can try is to "forget" the network, then reconnect to it.

I can connect to my hotspot but it still doesn't work after forgetting.

In Denmark it is only possible for an ISP to resell, because all cables in the country. And I mean all. Are owned by 1 company (TDC)

Although this may not work for you but you can try re-installing your network drivers. For me when I got my new motherboard I needed to install network drivers to use WiFi and LAN so it may not work for you since you stated a thunderstorm may have caused it but if you have access to the internet with a mobile or anther computer then download updated drivers to help

Sometimes a driver needs a update so again it is worth a shot
