I believe they are referring to the extra spacing when your shoutbox message is long and goes to the second line, it's shifted in a bit.

Now that you point it out, I've seen that happen a few times I just never really paid it much attention.
It's nothing majorly important, however it is still a bug and I hope it gets fixed.
