OP FACTION Voting and donation crate plugin

I want a plugin where when people vote they get a key for a VOTING crate, and there are keys for donators where you can choose either Common, Rare, or UltraRare. Add me on skype @ iaintataxi1 You MUST have rights to the plugin I want to change / tell you the items to change.
