I am selling it because I didn't really want to own a server and it should be in better hands. We have only made $129 in donations because I barely told people to donate but I am sure it can get lots more...

When you purchase this server, you will be buying full ownership of the server and files.

What is wrong with you people? First of all, that copyright does pretty much nothing. Most people that buy premium plugins don't give a shit about the copyright, and redistribute. If you pay for something then you should be able to distribute it. And to add to that I could find every plugin in that server's files for absolutely free on leak websites. Second of all, most people that actually have money to spend on this sort of thing already have these plugins purchased. I don't leak anything on forums. I do not agree with leaking premium resources on forums. I am just saying that other people do, and that there are multiple ways of obtaining these resources. I also do not use any premium resources that I did not purchase on any of my servers. All I am trying to put through is that they are very easy to obtain and that people shouldn't complain when people include their resources in server files. If the buyer did not purchase the resource that is included they would not get updates, and eventually something would break. So just let it be.

The spawn, it's so basic it makes my eyes hurt. If someone is going to buy a pre-made server off of mc-market. I would infer that would want it completed so they don't have to do much work.
