PhantomPvP is looking for members to join our leadership team!
Staff Support Manager: Called a Staff Manager on most server, we're looking for a true servant leader who will join us on our mission to create Minecraft's most caring server. Your job will be reviewing applications, interviewing and hiring staff, and leading our staff team to make sure that we has the best team out there!
Senior Administrators: We need a number of Senior Administrators to join our two staff teams: Staff Support and Player Experience. Your job description is entirely up to the respective manager of your team, but will typically include handling a subset of your team (i.e. recruiting or player support), acting as the manager in the vacancy of one, and mentoring the administrators on your team.
Administrators: We are looking for multiple Administrators to join our team! Administrators will be assigned to one of our two staff teams and will be responsible for the overall support of the team. Administrators will supervise staff in-game,discord.phantompvp.us and perform a variety of tasks for the team. Our administrators are jacks of all trades on their team and should be the "go-to" person for the Senior Administrators and Managers.
Junior Administrators: We are looking for several Junior Administrators to join our team! Like administrators, Junior Administrators are members of one of our two staff teams and are in the process of being developed as leaders, administrators, and staff members to help us achieve our mission of building Minecraft's most caring community.
