OP-Prison - Configuration needed

Hey there! I’m the administrator of MineDistricts, an OP Prison server.
We’re in need of a developer/configurator to do the following things at an affordable cost:
- Redo donator and staff luckperms groups
- Redo chat formatting - Redo tablist with group priorities, etc.
- Add chatcolor plugin with a nice GUI
