I'm looking to buy a FULLY Setup OP Prison Server, I'll list my needs and such :

Fully Setup (Need)
Custom Built (Need)
UNIQUE Plugins (Need)
Player Base (Would be nice)
GFX (Would be nice)
Website & Forums - NOT ENJIN - (Need)

It would be nice if you would let me come onto the server and let me have a rummage round, therefore I know what I'm buying.

My budget is - $100 to $175.
