Introduction
Hades Labyrinth is a new OP Prison server still in development and set to open around summer 2020. It is already more than a year in the making and is scheduled to release on time. The server will feature 26 ranks A-Z, a massive world to explore including dungeons and mazes, a tier-based donation system wherein VIP ranks are awarded based upon the total amount of money donated, and custom plugins developed by the owner. Already most of the rooms and other areas are already complete, except now we are searching for Senior Administrator to be on regularly and oversee the community of players when the Owner is not available.While the server is currently exclusively a OP Prison with player plots, dungeons and a heavy focus on RPG elements, we are always looking to expand and add more gamemodes and worlds if and when there is a demand from users. We aim to be a robust community that rewards everyone, players and staff, in equal proportion to their involvement and contribution.
Position Description
The Senior Administrator will oversee all the manual functions of the server. They will be in charge of the promotion and demotion of staff, the overall moderation of chat, the issuing of bans, mutes, and kicks against users who have broken rules, and in general making sure the server is running smoothly so as to maintain a positive experience for the players. They will also be assisted by the whole body of server staff in maintaining order in the community. They will have permission to expand and improve the server in whatever way they see will benefit the server and its community. The Senior Administrator needs to be online both the server and the discord regularly, (i.e. they play Minecraft every day and are administering this server only) and be able to handle and manage both ordinary users and other staff members. This position does not require any kind of developer and programming experience, since development is currently only handled by the Owner.Pay
The current plan for the distribution of server income is thus: 25% of the monthly income shall be dedicated to server upkeep, i.e. power, hosting, etc. The remaining 75% shall be split evenly between the Owner and the Senior Administrator. Therefore, If I succeed, you will also succeed. Further, if the server expands and becomes very popular, so too will expand your income.Application
